Rights and Duties
RMHS, hereby referred to as "the institution," has a responsibility to provide the best services and learning environment it can to meet the needs of its students. The institution, however, retains the following rights: the right to reject or return and incomplete enrollment; the right to contact a parent or guardian regarding the performance of a student; the right to administratively withdraw a student to lack of attendance; the right to fail a student due to lack of participation. This list should in no way be considered comprehensive or final.
The RMHS student, hereby referred to as "the student," is responsible to themselves and to the institution to put forth their best effort in successfully completing the courses they are enrolled in. The student has the right to withdraw from a class -with parental consent- they cannot make a commitment to (subject to the withdrawal and refund policies). The student has the right to a refund in accordance with the policy printed on the enrollment agreement. The student has the right to contact the administrative office if they feel that for any reason they are not receiving the best service and learning environment we can give. This list should in no way be considered comprehensive or final.
