Admissions Policy
Students seeking admission to the Milburn High School Online program should request, by telephone or email, an appointment with our MHS Online director or designee to discuss the:
• Online course(s) or program in which student is to be enrolled • Online and distance learning methods • Student's previous academic record • Tuition, fees and refund policy • School's expectations of the student for satisfactory performance and graduation
A student may select one or more courses based upon the recommendations of the director. Students may not take more than 2 courses at any given time. Registration involves completing a Milburn High School Online Enrollment Application and making tuition payments.
The director or designee grants admission on an individual basis after review of the student's application packet, academic records and the initial interview. The final decision on admission is made by the school director.
MHS Online (through RMHS) conforms to the DETC business standards in its Tuition Protection Agreement. MHS Online is non-discriminatory in its admission process.
